Ibali Lefoto (‘photo story’ in Xhosa) is a training and development project in Grahamstown, South Africa, which seeks to provide equipment and skills enabling the individual to tell their story in one of the most powerful ways possible – visually.
The project was initiated by Gregor Rohrig in 2006 when disposable cameras were sponsored for the project by Fuji Film in Johannesburg. The project was taken over by Lauren Clifford-Holmes in 2007.
